In the Book of Mormon we read that the eternal purposes of the Lord will roll on until all His promises will be fulfilled. When the Lord promises something, we can count on Him fulfilling His word! Mormon 8:22 "For the eternal purposes of the Lord shall roll on, until all his promises shall be fulfilled."
In the Old Testament we read that the Lord was with Jehoshaphat because walked in righteousness, sought the Lord, kept the commandments, and didn't seek unto Baalim. When we do what's right and turn to the Lord, He will be with us. 2 Chronicles 17:3-4 "And the Lord was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and sought not unto Baalim; But sought to the Lord God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel."
A verse with a thought booklet tells us to come and walk in the light of the Lord. This is an invitation to all of us--come unto Christ and walk in His light. Isaiah 2:5 "O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord."
And it shall come to pass in the last days,when the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains....The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
