In the Old Testament I read that after the ark of God was sent in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it, they offered sacrifices and peace offerings before God. Then David blessed the people in the name of the Lord. 1 Chr. 16: 1-2 "So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God. And when David had made an end of offering the burnt offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the Lord."
In the D&C I read that we are to preach the gospel by the Spirit which is sent forth to teach the truth. Indeed, it is the Spirit that converts people to the gospel and if we try to teach without the Spirit, we will fail miserably. D&C 50: 13-14 "Wherefore, I the Lord ask you this question—unto what were ye ordained? To preach my gospel by the Spirit, even the Comforter which was sent forth to teach the truth."
A verse with a thought booklet talks about loving the law and meditating upon it all day long. Is this how we feel about the law of God? Do we constantly meditate about keeping the commandments? Ps. 119: 97 "O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day."
