In the Old Testament I read that the word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path--it helps us see the way to go. Ps. 119: 105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."
In the Book of Mormon I read a prophesy that Christ would be born of a virgin. 2 Ne. 17: 14 "Therefore, the Lord himself shall give you a sign—Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and shall bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel."
A verse with a thought booklet tell us to do all things without murmuring or disputing. It's not enough just to do the right things, but we need to do the right things without complaining or grumbling about it. Philip. 2: 14 "Do all things without murmurings and disputings:"
And it shall come to pass in the last days,when the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains....The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
